It's a beautiful fall morning here in Anaheim and I've just complteted a magical Disneyland Destination photo shoot with alumni model Skylar! Skylar and I have been planning this adventure for several weeks and it's so exciting for me when all the details come together. Her gorgeous rose gold princess dress was found online at Vici Dolls www.vicicollection.com. Paired with her rose gold ears it was the perfect ensemble for the Fantasyland portion of her magical day! I asked Skylar this morning what bit of advice would she give to clients who are embarking on a Disney Destnination Shoot. To View More >>

Christmas family photo time is one of my favorite times of the year! It's a chance to catch up with long time clients and to meet new friends. Kayla and Shawn are VIP clients who purchased my Premium wedding package which means they get a complimentary photo shoot every year! Of course we had to come up with a great location that was cute as well as rustic for this couple. Combine this adorable cabin, pretty little meadow and some great handmade props by Kayla and you've got the perfect setting for their Christmas shoot. Great job Kayla on the styling and Thanks Shawn for putting up with our "awwww To View More >>

When it comes to wedding photography, and actually my photography in general I prefer equipment that is very portable due to my constant "on the go" style and easy to use. I don't like to be bothered with anything that's too complicated because I want to be able to move quickly and catch the moment with my clients. With this all in mind I also want to create shots that will grab the attention of future clients and something special for my current clients. This is why I LOVE the Interfit S1's! When I first got my hands on the backpack kit I was so impressed because 2 of these little powerhouses To View More >>

In a beautiful and oh so sweet fairytale Motherlode Ranch wedding Maurice and Yvonne got hitched! All the perfect touches were brought together with shades of pink and plenty of glitter! Florals were created by Sweet Lilacs Studio, my favorite being the sunflower detail down the ceremony center aisle! The best moment of the day was the Cinderella style carriage that brought Yvonne in to the ceremony site! So romantic! Congratulations Maurice & Yvonne! Thank you for the honor of photographing your wedding day and sharing in your celebration! To View More >>

My Summerville High Model team would not be complete without the bubbly Miss Hopey! Hope and I met through Danika and when I saw that smile and those eyes I just knew I had to photograph her. Her casual boho style added so much to the shoot and just being around her makes you smile. Hope is another one of those super involved, over achiever kids that everyone loves to hang out with. Hope's hair and makeup were by Jessica Alger. Thank you Hope for being such a fabulous member of the model team. I'm looking forward to our future photo shoots and getting out of town for some adventures! To View More >>

One of the fabulous things about living in Tuolumne County is the families and connections that are made over the generations. As a teen I had the privilege of working with Zach's Uncle and extended family, I even knew his Mom back as a teenager! So, getting to know Zach and having him on my model team has been a privilege. Zach is one of those guys that is an all around great guy. Super involved on the Summerville Campus he's a leader in his senior class. When he decided he wanted a casual outdoor-woodsy setting for his senior shoot I was game. A simple camp site in the high country was perfect To View More >>

I love my studio model team! Each year I search for exceptional high school seniors to represent my business and I love working with teens to create fabulous photo shoots that bring their personality in front of my camera. Danika's enthusiasm and love for being in front of the camera makes my job so much fun. She's a fabulous athlete and leader in her school. An all around beautiful person inside and out! When she asked if she could have her PT Cruiser as part of her senior model shoot my response was of course "Um YEAH!". It made the perfect prop and you can truly tell how much Danika loves her To View More >>

It's Disneyland Grad Night this week! Congratulations to all the Class of 2016 Seniors that are making their way to Disneyland this week! I've interviewed two Disneyland pros aka Annual Pass Holders and asked them to give me their best Disneyland survival tips. These are guaranteed to make your night a memorable one! From Alison - Don't be afraid to talk to the Cast Members. They're there to help and most of them will love talking to and helping you. You'd be surprised at what you can learn by just talking to them for 5 minutes. Maybe even ask them "What's the best Disney tip they can give you." To View More >>
